Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Achievable Coaching's website or purchasing any coaching services. By accessing our website or purchasing a coaching plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Achievable Coaching
Achievable Coaching is an online fat loss coaching service operated by Alex Beattie, based in the United Kingdom. We provide personalised online coaching through the Achievable Coaching app, powered by Trainerize. Our website is achievablecoaching.com and you can contact us at hello@achievablecoaching.com.
2. Our Services
Achievable Coaching offers three coaching tiers:
- Direct — a personalised training programme and nutrition targets with monthly check-ins
- Guided — everything in Direct plus weekly check-ins and direct messaging support
- Mentored — the highest level of coaching with 1 to 1 calls and priority support
All coaching services are delivered digitally through the Achievable Coaching app. No in-person sessions are included.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services from Achievable Coaching. By purchasing a coaching plan, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme. Achievable Coaching is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
4. Payments and Billing
All coaching plans are billed on a monthly rolling basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Trainerize. By purchasing a coaching plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time with no exit fees or penalties. There are no minimum contract terms.
To cancel, you can do so directly through the Achievable Coaching app or by contacting us at hello@achievablecoaching.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the time invested in creating personalised programmes, we do not offer refunds once a coaching programme has been created and delivered.
If you experience any issues with your coaching service, please contact us at hello@achievablecoaching.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Your Responsibilities
As a client of Achievable Coaching, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information during onboarding and check-ins
- Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your programme
- Follow your programme as directed and communicate any issues or concerns promptly
- Not share your coaching programme or content with third parties
- Treat our coaches and staff with respect in all communications
8. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Achievable Coaching provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
You participate in our coaching programmes at your own risk. Achievable Coaching accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following our programmes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on achievablecoaching.com, including training programmes, nutrition guides, written content, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Achievable Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achievable Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify existing clients of any significant changes by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
