I spent years watching people do everything right, training hard, eating well, staying disciplined, and still not getting the results they deserved. The problem was never their effort. It was always the plan.
Most programmes are built for an ideal version of your life. They assume you have time, energy, and perfect conditions. Real life doesn't work like that. Work gets relentless, stress builds up, things fall apart. And when the plan has no room for any of that, the whole thing collapses.
