Each week you record a short video update, how training went, how nutrition felt, any issues. I review it personally and send back a video response with specific feedback and any plan adjustments.
After your committed term you can cancel any time. 1 month has no minimum commitment. 3 and 6 month plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.
No. Your training plan is built around your setup at the gym, home, or both. You'll get the right programme for whatever you have access to.
