Is the coaching the same across all three terms?

Yes, completely. The weekly check-ins, messaging access, training plan, nutrition plan and adjustments are identical regardless of whether you're on 1, 3 or 6 months. The only difference is your monthly rate.

What does the weekly video check-in involve?

Each week you record a short video update, how training went, how nutrition felt, any issues. I review it personally and send back a video response with specific feedback and any plan adjustments.

Can I cancel early?

After your committed term you can cancel any time. 1 month has no minimum commitment. 3 and 6 month plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your training plan is built around your setup at the gym, home, or both. You'll get the right programme for whatever you have access to.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see meaningful progress within the first 3-4 weeks when they follow the plan consistently. Weekly check-ins mean the plan is always being optimised.
